It's disheartening to see how many students these days have completely zero school pride. They don't care about their institute, they don't get involved in activities, and they just seem uninterested. It's like they've disregarded what it means to be part of a community and cheer for their fellow students. This lack of enthusiasm is harmful to the entire school environment.

This Isn't My Old School

When I read the words "alma mater|my old school|the place where I learned}", it doesn't spark feelings of warmth and nostalgia. For me, it's a vague concept. Maybe because my years there were quite unique, or perhaps I simply haven't had the time to look back. Whatever the reason, that phrase doesn't hold the same meaning for me as it does for others.

It's not that I haven't appreciated my time at school. It was a time of learning, just not one that sticks with me in the way many people describe.

Perhaps it's because I found my passions beyond the traditional school setting. Or maybe it's because my memories are centered around specific experiences. Whatever the case, "Not My Alma Mater|My School Is Different|This Isn't My Old School", and that's perfectly okay.

The society doesn't understand that I exude a different color. They glare with fear as I display the truth of my nature. My life force is a symbol of {somethingdifferent that they can't grasp. They classify me as other, but I am simply different.

The Concept of School Spirit? Nah

Seriously, school/the whole idea of/that thing they call "school spirit/spirit week/pep rallies" is about as appealing/relevant/interesting to me as a moldy sandwich/root canal/trip to the dentist. I'd rather more info be practicing my guitar/reading a good book/taking a nap than wearing a ridiculous costume and chanting slogans. Give me brains over brawn any day!

Craving That Deliciousness

Let's be real, sometimes gathering/ chilling/hanging out with people/ friends/squad is all about the spread/ feast/ bounty! I mean, who can resist a good platter/ selection/ assortment of tasty treats/ goodies/ munchies? It's like a buffet/ an oasis/ the promised land of deliciousness/ yumminess/ pure snacking heaven. Give me cookies any day! I totally prioritize/live for/am here for those snacks/ goodies/ bites that make a gathering/ hangout/ party truly unforgettable.
